Cancellation Policy
Individual classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Classes cancelled without 24 hours notice will be classed as a late cancellation and the class will be charged as if attended.
Physio cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged the full amount. Physio cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged £20.
Block bookings must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. A full refund will be offered if you provide 48 hours notice on cancelling a block booking.
